I want nothing more than for every customer to be 100% satisfied with every product that is purchased from my store.

Refunds are decided on a case by case basis.

There is a wide variety of products in my shop.  Variations of hand painted items and color are inevitable. I do my best to upload quality pictures but the color of a product may translate across different devices and platforms differently. 

This will all be considered when discussing refunds
